The collapsible oil recovery barge provides for the temporary storage and emergency transportation of oil and other chemical products. It is ideally suited for rapid deployment to enable oil or liquid to be recovered from a stricken ship before it breaks up and pollutes the water. Alternatively the barge can act as a storage vessel to an oil skimmer.
